Data protection
The protection of your personal data is a special concern to Hoteliart. Therefore, your data is processed exclusively on the basis of the legal regulation (DSGVO, TKG 2003).
Hoteliart website uses so-called cookies to make our website as user-friendly as possible. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device by using the browser. Some cookies remain stored on your device but do no harm. They only allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

Since the privacy of users is very important to Hoteliart, all user data, as already stated, is pseudonymized.
The data sent by Hoteliart and linked to cookies, user IDs (eg. user IDs) or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is done automatically once a month.
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and contradiction.
