14th Forum Profit Hotel 2019, the most important meeting of hoteliers in Poland, which was successfully held for the fourteenth time. The conference bringing together independent and chain hoteliers and suppliers from all over Poland was held at the Marriott Warsaw Hotel on December 11, 2019.

Guests are becoming more and more aware. Their expectations and requirements are growing. Additionally, the number of hotels is increasing, which contributes to more and more competition. Mere promotion of the offer and basic marketing activities are no longer enough. Therefore, hoteliers face a challenge – they have to give “something” more. And the only limitation here is – not the budget – but imagination and creativity.
