Aneta, since she founded HOTELIART in 2018, has a significant impact in the industry. After many years working in commercial departments with among others ACCOR, INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS & RESORTS and LINDNER HOTELS AG, she graduated from Modul University Vienna in 2018 with an MBA degree with double major: Hotel Management and Real Estate Development, she decided to become an independent trainer, consultant, and team builder. She has swiftly earned a stellar reputation as one of the best hotel commercial trainers and consultants in Poland, Austria, Germany, and beyond.

With her expertise and passion for delivering exceptional training and consultancy services, she has helped numerous individuals and hotel organizations elevate their performance and achieve new heights.

Martin, with over the past 11 years on C-Level and as Managing Director of Vienna House and HR Group, has played a pivotal role in overseeing more than 150 owned/leased hotels and co-leading a workforce of 6,000 employees. Having worked in 7 countries across two continents, Martin has collaborated with renowned hotel chains such as ACCOR, WYNDHAM, IHG, and MARRIOTT. Throughout his career, his exceptional leadership and management skills have earned him praise in all the hotel companies he has worked for. His comprehensive perspective encompasses areas such as commercial strategies, financial management, and most importantly, modern leadership – and management styles that effectively caters to all generations. Martin is frequently sought after for keynotes, presentations, panel moderations- and participations, particularly in CEE countries. Martin has a Bachelor of Hotel Administration Degree from the renowned Hotelschool The Hague.
